Q.

My Child is 6 year old now she is having small acne type of spots on her face it started first near the lips now it's spreading all over the face we applied imiquimod cream twice for 3 week it was quite reduced but again she is having the same spot.

A. Dear mum it can be heat rashes because of the weather conditions of keep your child well hydrated by giving water and coconut water at regular intervals you must always give food that are not hot by nature if it is the not something like heat rashes then you must consult some doctor and have a physical observation
