RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. For a six month old child 7 kg is completely normal so need not worry about it I would just say that it is totally depending upon the birth but looking at a six month old child 7 KG is absolutely normal and a healthy gain so need not worry about it
