My child is 5.5 yrs old ....his weight is constant since last year 20 kg.. not increasing...he is very thin also..

Every child is unique and has unique pattern of development
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Maintain hygiene
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
