My child is 4 yrs old..what should I add in his diet for better growth.

A. hello mom healthy food choices such as eggs , milk, panner, tofy, soya , dry fruits and nuts , millets are very healthy as well, different variety of dals, legumes as well such as rajma, lobia channa etc . seasoanl fruits and vegetables
