my child is 4 month old.. why he don't smile others

A. You may find that your baby isn't quite ready to smile yet because he's still too busy adjusting to the world around him. He may show this by looking away when you talk to him face-to-face. This is a useful strategy for a baby, as it lets him control how much stimulation he gets.
