my child is 3year 7month still he has no interest in food and in morning he has nausea issue nd my time he vomit also

A. A lot of cases it has been seeing you to deficiency of iron in the body this kind of behaviour is very common with kids right now I can only advise you to consult your doctor for that they will be able to help me with the right kind of medicine to start with currently that’s going to be very beneficial and helpful for the child
