Q.
My son is going through cough and from few days, he is not showing interest for food..eating a little bit and seems he has some nausea( act to vomit bt doesn't do actually).. What could be the issue ? We try varieties in mean , breakfast but issue is same. Please suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is important to continue the regular diet of the child and the diet during cough and cold will not change much. but it is always advisable to give easily digestible food and do not force the child for food and ifz the child is taking around 60% to 70% of the diet then also it's fine.
during cough and cold it is important to give plenty of fluids and water to the child which will help in recovery and also citrus fruits are advisable z
