My child is 3 years old and recently suffering from constipation, 2 days ago I found blood during his stool passing. plz suggest cure for it???

please strictly avoid all packed food and products with refind flour
please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
