my child is 3.7 year old ... from few days she has fever and cold I gave her syrup now the situation is she is fine at morning but sick at night what's the reason

A. Maybe it’s because of exertion this is happening because when the kids are active they get exerted very fast and catch the illness that they were going through previously so that’s the reason that your child is also feeling sick by the night again
