Q.

my child is 2years old.i have given him meftal p 3.5ml.after giving medicine fever is not coming down it has been 1:30 hour

A. he is 2yrs old then it's ok to give meftal p 5ml dose

A. You can give paracetamol. Also next time give 5ml meftal p Do body sponge . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
