#asktheexperts Hi can we give Meftal p Syrup if the fever is not coming down after giving the crocin drops ?

A. you can use it only in under emergency circumstances Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees

A. good morning I will not recommend you to repeat the medicine before 4 hours it is advisable that you should try to give the medicine at least after a gap of 4 hours otherwise it can cause some side effects
