My child is 2 years old. Since yesterday he is down with fever which keeps on fluctuating. Doctor recommended Calpol 250 syrup for his fever. when I give him the medicine fever subsides for 4-5 hours but it keeps on coming back. He has no other symptoms, and he is eating and taking fluids, it's just the fever is fluctuating. can somebody guide me what can be wrong with my child and what preventive measures can I take to get his fever down.
