my child is 2 years 9 month old , she is having lactose intolerance, so how shall i deal with it

Search case, you should definitely avoid giving normal milk to your baby or other dairy products. Rather than this you can start giving soya milk. In such case Soya milk is the best for babies and you should also try to give daily routine food and baby should take at least four meals in a day.
