My child is 2 and half yr old.I found a circle with something like dandruff on his head before 2 weeks.after few days the hairs on the scalp is lost.and the area of the circle is growing more widely.what is that?is it alopacia areata?

It Could be on it could be some kind of a fungal infection that your child may have got and that also makes a child or an adult lose hair so go ahead with the proper scan and a test to figure out as to what could be the issue and according to the other treatment can be suggested for the same
