Q.

my child is 1 year old. since two days he is not eating anything or even drinking milk.. and by evening he vomits all out as undigested food. the stools are also foul smelling and voluminous.. he is not that active. what to do

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly gcvbjand will guide you accordingly for this .

A. There could be one percent chance of stomach infection so I would just advise you one time if the problem is persisting for sometime then better get a check with your doctor could be either some infection or just basic in digestion problem
