Q.

my child is 1 year and 8 months old and I feed her khicidi, roti and dal for lunch and dinner and parle g biscuit with milk for morning and evening I don't feed her anything is that I am missing out any thing important?

A. please give normal diet whatever you cook for your whole family. 3-4 healthy meals. 3-4 servings of fruits and milk. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. You ca give other different foods more. Veggies and fruits too you shouid add you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.
