Q.

my child has not been sleeping for the last 3-4 days, he is crying about? he wants to sleep but not sleeps in bed, what will do ? how can i reduce him hyperactivity? what is the diet food for hyperactivity children?

A. hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your child daily diet please avoid screen time and encourage for physical activity and out door game please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
