you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination of the painful Decayed milk teeth..
they will suggest you proper treatment if removal is required then it will be beneficial for your child.

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician or dentist about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
