my child gets congested nose when the fan is on high speed, when I slows the fans speed his head gets sweated and he has heat rashes in body what to do with this ?

Apply a candidate dusting powder or calamine lotion to reduce the rashes and for sweating reduce the cooler or AC on a basic temperature it is common for any child usually to have blocked nose if you put on the fan on the high speed fan is right on top of the head
