A proper assessment is required here so regarding this it is advisable to contact some nearby doctor and so accordingly the doctor will guide in a proper way . Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. The Speech of the child becomes clear by the age of 4 to 5 years of age but if your child is speaking well enough now understanding in responding to everything then that’s good enough I don’t think so you need to worry about anything as of now
