my child age is 21montgs.usko thoda thoda kar ke din mein kafi bar poty ho raha hain.poty soft hain.uska pet bhi ache se saf nahi ho raha hain

I think your child is suffering with diarrhoea as of now so I would advise you to once get a check with your paediatrician as Idea could be due to various reasons are till the time you are not really very sure about it no medication can be suggested as of now
