my child 3 yrs 10 months old have dandruff in all seasons that causes eaching of head . pls suggest

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Spoo shampoos ideally good for you to go ahead with you can apply this into the head of your child at least three times in a week this is going to help in reducing down dandruff and irritation and itching will also come down over the period
