my child 2 months 2 weeks old she's doing like vamating before and after milk.why she's doing like this?

A. Maybe your overfeeding the child and which is why your child is vomiting before and after feeding that you are giving so I or it could be due to some indication issue but it is looking like more of overfeeding that you are doing
