My canceled produt refund not received

The transaction will simply be voided when the order is canceled and never charged, so you will not see a refund or a completed charge. The authorization to charge that amount will simply be voided.Applicable refund against the cancelled product will be credited to your FirstCry Cash Wallet, which can be further used during your next purchase with us or may be transferred to your respective bank / card / wallet by logging into your FirstCry Account (further Refund related details are provided below).Credit card refunds usually take a few business days to post back to your account, but can take up to 30 days depending on your card company.You can check the status of your cancellation request under {My Accounts > Order History > Order Details} section. Refund related details will be available under {My Accounts > Cash in my Account} section.
