My breasts are not full nowadays...I feel like baby is not getting enough milk... even after 8 hours breasts are not full...baby is not sleeping and crying after feeding for 30-35min...will lactare tablet help ? what is the dosage ,?

during initial weeks.. body is producing more milk as per baby demands..
slowly it adjust with your child needs so don't feel full.
cry can be due to many reasons..
give colicaid drops thrice a day.
apply coconut oil before putting on the diapers.
change diapers frequently.
mother's milk is always sufficient till completion of six months

Make sure you eat healthy. Also if s baby tummy is full then chekx if passing urine 7-8 times in 24 hours and if baby is looking content after every feed. And your breast may seem weightless after feed.  If so baby is getting enough feed. Babies don't starve. They will sure cry if they are hungry. Just burp well after every feed. If baby is feeling content after feed then no isseus it means baby had fed well.
