my breasts are full at night and low at day time. may be due hormone changes. shall I use domperidone to increase milk supply at day

If you are aware about what you are willing to use you can go ahead with that otherwise the best lactation supplements which actually is beneficial to lot of mothers is Shatavari powder you can go ahead with consuming that at least three times in the day for better lactation
