Q.

My breastmilk supply is low even after regular breastfeeding every 3 hours. i have to give him formula at every feeding session. how to increase my milk supply? are there any effects on growth if formula fed regularly

A. Hello mom Some mothers doesn’t get sufficient milk for baby and this is very common. Firstly you have to add more milk in your regular diet take at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this formula milk is the best alternative of mother’s milk so continue giving it even it contains all the nutrition is we need till six months. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
