My boy of 40 days has white deposits on Tongue. he is on breast feed. is it normal???

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 8 m old boy5 years agoA. if you want to clean the tank of your baby you can do it with a clean piece of cloth and do it very gently otherwise the child may have some gag reflex
