my boy nose was hitted and it bleeding is there any thing to worry

A. If it is bleeding and the bleeding hasn’t stopped then check with the doctor also sometimes due to an internal injury in the nose also the blood can come now I don’t know how your child had fallen down so just to be on the safer side precautionary check with the doctor
