Q.
My boy is suffering from cough since 2 months.we are nebulising him twice a day since month and giving oral medicines since 2 months but no results.After every 3 months cough persists.Is it ok to nebulize such long.We also consulted chest specialist and paediatric.They say that my baby is asthmatic and suggests inhaler.I am really worried.Kindly guide

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with klantiallergic medicine given.kk
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
