Q.

My boy is having fever from last two days.. He is having fever after 18 hours.. Whether I should give him antibiotics

A. Your fever is happening after 18 hours that means slowly the fever is going to reduce down or continue with paracetamol for one more day if it reduces down the fever completely then it’s okay otherwise you may consult your doctor and antibiotics are not given randomly and specially without doctors advice
