Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated offer warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. give mixture of honey with ginger once in a day dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
