my boy has coughing with vomit day before yesterday and today he again had coughing with vomit.. please suggest

Cherricof medicine you can give to the child as of now approximately 8ML to 8.5 ML one time depending upon the weight of the child and then you can give it twice authorised depending upon the congestion that your child is suffering from you can use it for about minimum of three days
