Q.

my boy gets stomach pain regularly in 3-4 days in night might be gas or something we give him 1 teaspoon stomach pain medicine please advice solution

A. You can give ajwain ka paani a couple of times in a day and avoid giving heavy to digest foods to the child and give banana daily and even curd as it builds healthy gut
