A. For a 3-month-old baby, a weight of 4.25 kg can be within the normal range, but it depends on several factors, including the baby's birth weight and overall growth pattern. Typically, babies at 3 months may weigh around 5.5 to 6 kg if they were born with an average weight. However, some babies naturally grow at a slower pace, and individual growth can vary. If your baby was born prematurely or had a lower birth weight, they may weigh less, and this could still be a healthy weight. It's important to track your baby's weight gain over time and look at the overall pattern of growth rather than focusing on a single measurement. Make sure to consult with your pediatrician to ensure your baby is gaining weight steadily and meeting developmental milestones. The doctor will assess your baby's growth based on their unique health profile and offer guidance if needed.
