Nmfe vitamin E cream you apply for four times or five times whatever is suitable to you apart from that since it is winter season the skin is going to get more dry so after the shower in the morning apply good amount of mustard oil onto the skin when the child is taking a shower and then just wash it with plain water that is going to stay on the skin and after that you apply the screen for double protection that will help a lot
