My boy 10 months old often getting rashes.. His skins are very dry and having dandruff too..

For Dandruff you can use SPOo shampoo it is one of the best wants to go for for dandruff issue in case apart from that if you want you can also discuss this issue with your doctor and for dry skin would advise you to start applying NMFE vitamin E cream as that is really going to maintain the hydration in the skin
