My both ovaries are enlarged. Right ovary measures 17.9cc, left ovary measures 15.6 in volume. Both contain multiple small cysts ranging from 4-7 mm in sizes arranged peripherally. This is normal?

A. its pcos. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionbetter to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can.
