my born weight was 3kgs and now he is 3 months completed his weight is 4.6 is it okay? he is exclusively on breast feed

A. it is okay... as baby should be double the birth wt at 6 months and three times the birth wt completing one yr... it is exclusively breast feed recommended for 6 mnths ... mother milk helps wt gain .. regular pumping increases milk use Babyhug electric breast pump...
