my bby is 1 year 4 months old . he is mostly constipated..can I give him rusk to eat Nd what quantity

A. Yes 1-2 rusk You can easily give to the child at one time point of time .. Also if your child is having constipation try to give really good amount of water to the child as much as hydration you can maintain into the body it will be much more helpful to deal with the constipation issue
