My bby boy nw he is 12 mnths old n still im breastfeeding,, bt i lost my weight, hw can i gain my weight quick n fast,, Wt and all foods i shld take to gain my weight,, plzz suggest some protein powder which boosts to gain weight

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. when you're giving breast milk to the baby naturally will be losing lot of calories which you had replaced by additional food in in addition to your normal food otherwise you will be losing the weight

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually in this case it might be due to some hormonal changes in the body also better to get a thyroid test ones because I crash course at doesn't help you so just try to consult your doctor take required supplements and take mother Horlicks good intake of food everything matters a lot
