My bay is 4 yrs but still use milk bottle .. what to do

no
you must wean your child.
because prolonged bottle usage can cause tooth alignment problem.
so , start weaning
for that , prefer gradual way.
decrease milk amount in bottle by diluting it with water
or you may buy special cup or glass as per your child choice
it will help to encourage your child to drink milk from it
