avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption.
you can give fruits like banana chickoo apple papaya.
vegetables like pumpkin, carrot, beet root, sweet potato, green leafy vegetables like spinach.
start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food
