My baby will complete her 7 months in 6 days she is very lean though we give complementary food Her birth weight was 3.2kgs she is very slow in gaining weight but active

rest continue breast feeding or formula feeding on demand.

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually the weight of the baby will be changing as they grow so no need to worry about it for baby's active and healthy just try to give soft food items like idli upma dosa after few days dal boiled vegetables seasonal fruits
