My baby will be 6 months on 17th he poop 3 toh 4 times a day for 2/3 days now poop is bit runny do I need to give any medicine or is it normal?he is breastfed.

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management guifor dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high gxrade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
