My baby while sleeping turns his head one side every time can you give any suggestions to clear it

A. Or use a hollow pillow this is the situation because what happens is when the child is always going to shift or turn to one side while sleeping on the head is going to be always on the one side that side will become flat hollow pillow is going to help in avoiding that
