Q.

My baby while in fever keeps wetting her lips with her tongue is this some indication though she is well hydrated

A. Teething would be one reason otherwise it would just be a normal behaviour of the child so I don’t see any problem or anything for you to be concerned and this is a very natural and a normal behaviour of a child yet if you have any kind of a doubt about it you can always consult your doctor for that
