POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 5 months old baby boy should be between to 7.5 to 8 kgs depending on feeding patterns and birth weight. Your baby's weight is fine right now. A kg up or down is nothing to worry about as long as baby is healthy and active. Keep feeding milk regularly and in 6 months, you can also start semi solid diet.
