Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Your child has been 3 kg which is a very very healthy vadi used to know a minimum gain of 500 g is considered good in a month your child has gained more than that so that is exceptionally good I would say that your child is taking a very very good growth despite being born with such a less weight gain
