my baby weight is now 5.4kg is it OK or? still my baby didn't roll I did tummy time that time also he can't stand up his head so when he will roll on his own

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom he is just 3 months not to worry a monthly gain of about 300 GMs to 1 kg is seen and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight.
Once he is able to balance his head then only it’s appropriate to give him tummy time.
